Much more support than my dinning chair!
I read a review of a person who was about my height and weight (they were 6 ft and 250 i think). I made the purchase off that recommendation. This chair fits me well. The arm rests are not adjustable in regards to height. It only moves out of the way. The head rest does not move up or down, but can be tilted. I am 5'9" and it's ideal for my neck support. I do have a long torso. My body is thanking me. I have been using a dining chair for the last 6 months for too many hours.

A Great Fully Vented Chair At a Really Great Price
I just got this chair and it took me about 15 minutes to put it together. I like that it came with one extra cap and screw for each screw type. The extra cap had tan paint on it for some reason but I didn't need it so all good there. For comparison shopping it is good to know that I weigh about 245 and am 5'10" tall. This chair fits me very well front to back and side to side. I didn't think I'd like the head rest but it is very nice as well as adjustable up and down. I use the highest head rest setting. After using a table chair for months now that I'm working from home due to Covid19, I find that this chair is GREAT. My lower back already feels better and I don't find my legs going to sleep due to pressure points. The best feature is that it is vented in the bottom, back and in the head rest. No more sweaty back side. The nice padded arm rests can be inverted if you need to get them out of the way but I like them in the downward position. There is extra padding around the bottom front edge which makes my thigh's rest easier. All of the up/down and recline adjustments are very nice too. At 145.00 with free shipping (including taxes) you cannot go wrong as it could easily cost you hundreds more. If I get 5 years out of it, I think I got my money's worth. If there is a downside, The packaging could use some reinforcement as it was beat up pretty badly by Fed-Ex when it finally arrived. Fortunately nothing was missing but there were some minor scuffs on some of the plastic items pieces. These can always be replaced by the vendor if you call them at the number included in the pamphlet that is bundled with the instructions. The number is a Georgia, USA number. Well that's it for what I can share. I am not typically happy enough to go through the extra effort to post these things so I really hope it helps you. Cheers...
