Instructions

1. Bring 4 - 6 quarts of water to a rolling boil, add salt to taste. 2. Add contents of package to boiling water. Stir gently. 3. Return to a boil. For authentic "al dente" pasta, boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 13 minutes. For more tender pasta, boil an additional 1 minute. 4. Remove from heat. Drain well. 5. Serve immediately with your favorite Barilla sauce.

Best gluten-free and versatile pasta

As a pasta lover, I would highly recommend this gluten-free version of Barilla pasta. I have tried many different kinds of gluten-free pasta brands, and this one is one of the best. I have actually used this pasta in several different dishes, including with traditional spaghetti sauce, and with a pesto sauce as well highly recommend.

This is THE most delicious gf pasta I have found. Wonderful texture, does not get mushy and also is not sticky. No gross film like with some others. Cooks fast. Tastes as good as any regular pasta.

I love barilla gluten free pasta for the taste and consistency. Please note the picture is currently wrong (shows whole grain angel hair pasta) but I ordered and received the barilla gluten free fettuccine. I did report the issue to Wal-Mart
