Monitor keeps tilting on the stand
The description said that it will hold 17.6 lbs weight monitor whereas when we tried to place 12.4 lbs monitor on the arm, it would not hold on the stand. The monitor keeps tilting down. We spend 2hrs trying to assemble and fix the monitor. This is waste of time and money.
