Great organic bulk beans. Vegetarian Delight!

I ordered these black mung beans (urad) mainly for sprouting to add depth and rich flavorful crunch to stir frys, stews and soups. They are amazing small beans, packed with protein %26 earthy flavors. My daughter is pescatarian and experimenting with all the varieties of beans for protein intake is a fun adventure. Wonderfully packaged with vacuum sealed inner packaging, Organic Tattva is proving an impressive brand, leaving me interested in trying many more of their bulk food products.
