I was a bit skeptical when I ordered this item, but within 20 - 30 minutes after its delivery, I already had it mounted on the basement ceiling and ready to be tested. I used to hate having to struggle with lifting my 22 foot extension ladder to hang it on my basement wall. Now, I just hook a ladder end in the mounted bracket and smile as I use the Racor Ladder Lift to easily lift and store my ladder overhead and out of my way. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Works great. Easy to install. Saves a lot of space. I ordered and mounted two. One for my 10 foot step ladder, and one for my 20 foot extension ladder which reduces to 10 feet in length. Works equally as well on both. Considering ordering a third for my 6 foot step ladder.
