I was very pleased to find the nice quality, subtle pattern, size, and practicality of these rugs (I ordered 2 of the same). Unfortunately, the color did not go with my decor as well as I had hoped. I needed more of a taupe color, but NOT a creamy white. So, I must return them. I'm not sure how to do that.

On line it says this rug can be washed on the delicate cycle. When I receive the item it confirms the same but says YOU CAN'T USE ANY DETERGENT. HUH? I haven't needed to wash it yet because it's new. However, when come time to wash I will be using mild detergent. I'll update this review if it lets me and report the outcome.
