Athletic Works Folding Yoga Mat with Poses, Pink, 3mm

First I want to say when I first got this mat it had a horrible smell to it when I unrolled it so I took it outside for 3 days and viola it was gone so don't think the smell won't go away it does just let it hang outside for a few days amd it's perfect. This mat I use on my hardwood floor amd it does NOT slip or slide like a few I have had so for me that was a win, secondly I love that it not only has a variety of the more popular yoga poses printed right on the mat so if you don't have a dvd or don't feel like following one just use the mat and make up your own routine using the poses on the mat. Totally happy with this mat all the way around and time will tell how long it will hold up.

I live this mat so much. It was my first time trying yoga and it gave me a good workout. The positions were challenging but not impossible and I felt sore the next day meaning that I got a good workout. Ita a great mat for someone wanting to try yoga at home and not knowing where to start.
