Product description identified a possible change would be required to electrical outlet based on picture on in online product manual and on product exterior of box. Luckily plug was same and did not require any outlet change.. bracket was different than previous model and metal appeared thinner more flexible and cheaper materials not comensurate for an increase in product cost.Also- access to air filter is more diffucult for cleaning --not an improvement. Overall installation was typical and I am satisfied.

Excellent AC Unit that Fits in a Narrow Window

The install requires two people because of it's weight. A support bracket comes with the unit but requires drilling a hole in the exterior siding and is a little flimsy. Better to order a heavier support bracket with a rubber foot for the exterior support. This 10,000 BTU unit cools very well. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.
