Should be labeled "Foot Vibrator", NOT warmer!
I bought it for the sole purpose of warming up my feet. After getting it home I plugged it in and hit the 'heat' button on the unit. NO HEAT. The 'massage' button worked #if you want to call it a massage...it only vibrates real loud#. I finally read the instructions and realized the 'heat' button only works while the massage function is on. So I turned them both on and after sitting for 15 minutes I finally felt slight warmth. The heat is obviously produced from the vibrating motor, I'm not sure...but none the less, it was minimal heat at that. I'm returning it to Wal-Mart tomorrow and buying the heated blanket wrap instead. At least those really put off heat and they cost the same. #$20# DON'T WASTE YOU MONEY ON THIS GIMICK. They should NOT call this a foot warmer. The name is deceiving.

Will not heat your toes!
Three things that made me take it back. 1. The heater section did not heat my toes, only the center portion of my sole. 2. The vibrator must be on for the heater to operate. 3. I also think the temperature is too low.
