It features a new formula which can be used as a dormant oil or horticultural oil. Parafine Horticultural Oil effectively control insects like white fly, scales, mealy bugs and spider mites on many woody ornamentals including apples, avocados, palms, roses, ivy and other listed vegetables. Parafine Horticultural Oil is simple to mix and uses a low rate formulation. For non-dormant uses apply 1-3 tablespoons per gallon of water, for dormant uses apply 4-8 tablespoons per gallon of water, and for most other uses apply 3 tablespoons per gallon of water.
