Restored Toshiba 6,000 BTU (8,000 BTU ASHRAE) 115-Volt Portable Air Conditioner with Dehumidifier (Refurbished)

I have a small house with a window unit. But my bedroom was always a little warm to sleep. So I bought this unit. I did research and pricing. Other units were slightly cheaper but had brand names I did not recognize so I preferred to go with the Toshiba name that I knew. It was fairly easy to install... my windows were apparently not standard so I had to improvise on the exhaust for the window. But it runs great so far. It seemed loud at first and actually seemed to have a slight vibration. But when I selected sleep mode that took care of it. Only downside - it is bigger than I thought. I had to move things around to give it sufficient clearance to run safely. (Which - had I checked the dimensions before buying I would have known. My Bad!) That being said - I am happy with the investment. Would recommend this product for purchase. Money well spent.

For being refurbished you wouldn't really tell besides most of it wasn't in plastic. I didn't see any signs of use or wear. It worked perfect I wanted to wait to review until I had used it most of summer. 10/10. I used it in bedroom which is a large room. With door close it got super cold. I'd buy this again in a heart beat. Glad I came across this deal. Very cold, I love to sleep freezing. I live in a house that's super old like 130 years old and I don't have central cooling. So this was perfect to help me get through those humid nights.
