I was taking B Complex for quite a while but wasn't happy with the results. the b12 in it was only 125mcg. I took my first b12 today and noticed an almost immediate improvement in my energy level. I mean, it was drastic. I went from being sluggish, to the energizer bunny. And my brain went from being foggy, to re-writing the laws of physics. lol It is that good. And it tastes great. And it is very inexpensive. Highly recommended

My dad is getting older and has always taken vitamins C and D specifically in addition to any generic multivitamin. His Dr saw his B12 is low and would help support his specific medical conditions, and I looked long and hard at the numbers, the doses, etc. You get a whole year's worth of B12 right here with the 365 provided doses. All for under $10, which is like one prescription! Great supplement, great idea of a year's worth, and excellent price!

We were getting them as a prescription. Ladt month the insurance did not cover and my husband unknowingly paud cash, $10.00 for 30qty. I was them told by pharmacist that they are over the counter. I searched Fry's and they were expensive, so I looked to Walmart. I purchased a FULL YEAR of Vitamin B for $10.00 !!!! Fry's $10.00 for 1 frigging month. Just a bit disgusted with Fry's.
