The rod was smaller than expected and the quality was not worth the price, $80 bucks. Walmart should be responsible for the return since I ordered it from www.Walmart.com. The Walmart site does not explain this process. I found out after standing in the customer service line and being told that I have to contact the third-party seller for the refund. This third party retailer requires you to pay for thebshipping to return the item, which cost me $20. They now need to inspect it before they approve the refund. This has been a very inconvenient process. So, if I get the refund after their inspection, I'm still out of the shipping cost. Never again! The only reason why I chose to order it online from Walmart is because if I didn't like the item, I wanted to be able to return it to a physical store.
