Can't beat this quality, beauty and price.
These chairs were very easy to setup. My son 16 and daughter 12 each took a chair and setup it up. Before setting up the chairs I scotch guarded each seat. We bought the set. We have an 8'x10' dining area and it fit just perfectly for us. We did not center the table in the area because our sofa extends part way into the corner of one side. We moved the lighting and dining set closer to the window but it's just the right fit for our city apartment. Should have at least 3 feet on each side but on 2 sides we have about 1.5'. No problem getting in and out so we're very happy. One last thing, our previous dining table was the same size so we kept the glass top and are using it to protect from scratches. It also looks great. I hope this helps you in your decision making.
