What is this?
The silver color synchronous wheel is made of aluminum alloy with a high finish. Used in conjunction with timing belts, realize synchronous transmission and transfer project smoothly. Widely used in mechanical transmission such as 3D printers, drilling machines, milling machines, gear machines, CNC lathes, etc.

Are there any advantages of the product?
The transmission is accurate and stable with high efficiency, there is no sliding when working, it has the functions of buffering and damping, low noise, convenient maintenance, and no lubrication. Has a large power transmission range. It can be used for long-distance transmission.

How to use it?
There are two 90-degree countersunk screw holes on the tooth surface, which can be fixed by tightening the screws. If there is a tension pulley, you should loosen it first, and then adjust the center distance after installing the belt. For transmission with a fixed center distance, remove the pulley first, install the belt on the pulley, and then install the pulley on the shaft to fix it.
