Replacing defective tablet

I bought this tablet, PlimPad Kids10, for my toddler. It work fine for a week. I'm unsure of what happened. I tried to hard reset while on the charger that came with it, nothing worked. I got in touch with Plimton's customer support and they helped me further. Unfortunately the tablet is still not working. They are offering to replace the tablet. I also bought a PlimPad Kids20 for my preteen. Thankfully we haven't come across any issues with that tablet. Thank you Plimpton support team.

Nice Tablet

The tablet is nice and sturdy, has a clear sharp picture. The case colors are nice, they have a bigger kid feel to them which my daughter appreciates. My daughter also loves google space and getting a joke of the day. For whatever reason the tablet stopped charging after a month. I have contacted the company and in exchange of this review they will be sending me a new tablet.
