My son loves his tablet! It stopped working and they sent a replacement

not returnable so clearly they do not stand behind their products

its a nice looking tablet but its akready froze up after 3 uses. not sure whats wrong

I bought it to arrive shortly after Christmas so I could travel with it, but the seller changed the delivery date to almost the end of my trip.

Bought 2 tablets for Christmas.. one stopped charging and turning on and the other just freezes after taking 15 minutes to boot up when powered on. We have bought from this company several times for multiple children and this last round is just so much cheaper. didn’t make it more than 3 weeks before both crapped out. No water damage or broken screens or anything, just stopped lemons. They were also taking a long time to power up and would randomly turn off and restart. I’m glad we got the protection plan but we’ll see if they’re really as easy to replace as they claim…. 😕

I wish I could leave a positive review for this tablet but sadly I can't. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter, but she was only able to use it twice before it crashed. It will not turn on and only pops up a message that says "CRASHDUMP NOW, PLEASE CONNECT TO TIGERDUMP TOOL AND KEEP POWER ON". I will be returning this tablet to the store for a refund.

The tablet stopped charging after contacting the seller they requested a review in exchange for a new tablet. Better customer service than most.

Bought 2 for Christmas gifts. They arrived on time but neither 2 would work. 2 very disappointed children

Thank you Plimpton support team for trying to work me through how to try to get the tablet to restart. Unfortunately it wasn't successful. I appreciate your offer to replace the defective tablet.
