I bought this mainly due to the fact I love driving with the windows down. I asked several friends and family members if they could tell a difference from my previous headset. The most common comment was they didn't know I was using a headset. No tinny, tunnel or echo voice when using this device. One big plus - it tell you how my hour of talk time is available when you turn it on. An ear clip is included for those who like to use them.

Plantronics M165 Marque 2 Bluetooth Headset worked right out of the box. It was indicated this item had enough power for a couple of calls and to pair to my phone, and it surely did. Setup was such a breeze it was done almost before I started. I turned it on and poof it was paired. The audible comments are very helpful, unit on, unit off, out of range, in range, and how much talk time is left . It even asks me if I want to answer or ignore an incoming call, and much more. Lastly, I was very impressed with the packaging of this item. Being an engineer I notice the little things. This packaging cost more than some of the cheaper Bluetooth units I have purchased from other places. I have a hearing issue and this Bluetooth is just what the doctor ordered, so to speak.
