CureTape Punch Kinesiology Tape is made of high grade elastic therapeutic cotton with an hypoallergenic acrylic adhesive layer. CureTape has been designed to be water-resistant so showering, swimming, and bathing can continue as normal. The "hole" pattern causes differences in pressure under the tape applied. As a result, receptors in the skin and fascia receive even more stimuli in different directions than normal kinesiology tape.
