The phone arrived ahead of schedule and was ready for activation. The phone has a slight scratch on the side that is not viewable when in the protective case. I've had this refurbished iPhone 12 for about a month, and everything seems to work as if it were purchased new. Battery holds charge, facial recognition is a huge plus, and I love this phone. Plus the price was I expensive, highly recommend this product.

iPhone 12 256GB

Awesome product! Make sure to check your SIM slot before using e-SIM. There was an old card in there that was preventing the swap from old phone. They provide a key to open SIM slot up. Thank you!
