No pockets at all, which means no where to put the elastics that hold it in the folded position(i have to tie them to the handle so they don't get lost). Also no where for detergent, softener, or dryer sheets, not that it could handle that weight anyways. I had about 2 loads of light weight fabrics in it, it was very awkward to carry because it felt like the handles could rip off at any moment. I bought the Mainstays Collapsible Utility Tote(only $2 more) the same time I bought this and it handled 2 loads of Jeans and Towels much better than this handled the other. I won't buy another one of these or recommend it to anyone unless you do very little laundry.
