A few quality issues in my opinion. 1. The rear shelf was not attached by the rear wheel axle so during shipping, it free floated and dented the rear fender. After assembly, the dent in the fender rubbed against the tire so I had to remove the fender. The seller offered to refund some money if I fix it myself or ship me a new fender. After a little back and forth, it was obvious they did not want to send me a new one. 2. This one might be on me, but the instructions and picture of the bike indicate the front fender attaches with the short end facing forward. The long end would then be at the rear of the front tire which makes sense to keep water and dirt from kicking up on the rider. However, after attaching it that way, the fender hits the front wheel post inhibiting turning so I had to reverse it. 3. I don't think the manual is for this bike. This bike has the old style brake clamps that squeeze the rim. The instructions were for disc or hydraulic brakes. 4. I had to loosen the brake pads to mount the front wheel. Nothing in the instructions about that. I am still giving it 4 stars because it is a nice bike. It feels very sturdy with the steel frame and I like the twist action shifting. Just beware if you are not mechanically inclined.
