Great bike, but lacked care during shipping.

Love the bike overall, but the derailleur was damaged/bent during shipping. Since I had already assembled and tried out the bike before discovering the damage, I opted to just buy and install a new derailleur (about $18) rather than deal with the hassle of repacking and returning, etc. The faulty care during shipping was quite disappointing! Other than that, love the bike. Although I would have been much happier had it all been in new condition upon arrival.
