I ordered wide and I got a bigger size not wide.

I wear size 7.5 shoe. I need a wide width. For whatever reason most companies say order a size up for wide width, that doesn't work! It's a longer shoe but not wider. My little toe still hangs off some, I order these sandals because I could order wide width. They are a size up(longer) not wide 😞 I decided to keep them but I wanted a comfortable pair of everyday sandals. These are not them.
