Terrible experience AND PRODUCT!

HELP!! Horrible product! No directions enclosed about how to blow it up. Every attempt I've tried is fruitless. The thing took a week to arrive and when it got here, isn't even inflatable! I am so disappointed [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Horrible. Very disappointment with this Therapy Peanut Ball. The pic is misleading I got delivered after 3 weeks a tiny ball that is not the one in the picture. I just emailed them to start a return or send the right ball.
