Pleasantly surprised

I was pleasantly surprised with my purchase. I absolutely love having coffee made from fresh coffee beans each morning. The smell in the house in the mornings is amazing as well. I love the different size selections and the ability to program to brew each morning. In addition, the brew over ice feature is great also. The only drawback with that feature is the size is a bit smaller than regular brewing but not a significant amount.

Too much hassle for a weak cup of coffee!

I was unhappily surprised you have to dump out the grounds after every brew even when grinding. I would assume the grounds after grinding the beans would go to another chamber but they actually fill up the basket. So if you want to make a cup for yourself and one fo your partner you have to dump out the filter every time!! Also the bold brew is pretty weak and you have to switch out a filter every 60 days. Ugh, I'm returning this. I wanted to love this machine bc it is beautiful but it's a pain in the butt and bc you can brew a pot, using it is so much extra work.

The coffee is good , fresh, and strong. The reason I am choosing to return this coffee brewer is because it does take too much time to brew the coffee. Also, you have to clean it out after each use. I have busy mornings therefore I need something faster. The design is beautiful, and I love that it does not take up too much counter space.
