Not a slam/medicine ball like you're used to!

This review is for the 8 lb PRISP ball. It is empty except for a bit of sand-like material in it. So it wobbles around as the sand moves. It doesn't bounce like a slam ball at all. It's very strange! Certainly not what I thought it was.
