First time using thigh highs - or this brand. Quite comfortable, soft - got size Large for first time. My leg measurements run between-sizes- and just can't grapple w. Mediums anymore! (Bad back, and lower legs/shins too tender for the struggle. . ) Finally I don't break out in a sweat putting them on! They're perfect for feet, ankles, lower legs, but thigh- top elastic, wide and comfortable as it is, sometimes folds down over the lower fabric, then slips down towards my knees. This may be due to a lot of sit/stand activity and moving about - But they keep my ankles/calves from puffing, toes don't feel too constricted. And after all, no pinching at the top…easier to remove. ( Hubby still helps -sometimes…).

The thigh high petites are a great fit on me at 2XL. They fit like a glove & I've learned to turn sock in half, place over feet that are propped on my walker. Then tug and adjust the foot in & the rest slides up without few resistance. My legs remain comfortable throughout the entire day and I even wear them while sleeping to assist with circulation for venous insufficiency !
