I have read so many reviews that Milk Thistle helps the liver regenerate itself, that it helps cleanse the liver. This by no means are the views of Walmart. These are claims that I have read about this supplement so it is up to everyone who is thinking about taking this supplement to read up on it, discuss with your doctor if it is safe to take with your other medications… I personally take it as directed and have my physicians know all supplements I take as they can interact with my other medications. I love that Walmart sells it as a double pack and for ship to home. It is a great value. Thank you always for making your items at a great value and for shipping to home.
