ONE YEAR NON-TRANSFERRABLE LIMITED WARRANTY. Radio Systems Corporation, owner of the PetSafe Brand, (hereinafter referred to as “PetSafe”) warrants to the original retail consumer purchaser who purchased a PetSafe product from an authorized dealer of PetSafe products, and not any other purchaser or subsequent owner, that its PetSafe product, when subject to normal and proper residential use, will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date. An “original retail consumer purchaser” is a person or entity who originally purchases the product, or a gift recipient of a new product that is unopened and in its original packaging. Stopped Most Barking!
I have an Airedale Terrier that loves to scream at anything walking by the house. Put this on and forget it. If he is barking then the box moved around on his neck from his throat and is too loose. Change the batteries often, it is what makes this thing work!!!! Keep the box on the throat.

Humane and effective
Bought one for a rescued bully that had severe old barking due to living on a 3 foot chain...he used to bark nonstop because thats all he knew.. this taught him to calm down in just a couple weeks. He never barked nonstop again. It did scare him the first couple time though. It was a lifesaver for all of us. He was so much more calm. He could lay by the window and watch people calmly after that.
