Good value for the money, and good customer service
Overall the bed seems sturdy. It is good quality for the price. You need to be somewhat handy to put it together. The frame was damaged upon arrival, but I contacted customer service who provided a satisfactory response. They are sending a repair kit and gave a partial refund for my troubles. I will continue to give business to Plank and Beam due to the good customer service.
