Product details
When you need to move barrels full of fuel, using proper equipment is vital. Chain and clasp grabbers are incompatible with drums that have non-standard lids and ribs, and chokers are inadequate for lifting a drum off a pallet. Even with a forklift, the job is still difficult. Thankfully, you will no longer dread getting more fuel with the BISupply | Drum Clamp. It moves and handles 30 to 55 gallon open or closed head barrels that are steel, plastic, or fiber type drums with a lip and at least 3/16-inch chime. Typically, plastic drums can collapse and spill contents due to the nature of the construction, but as long as the drum has an outer lip for the tongs to grasp, this lifter will work for your application. A forklift overhead hoist or hook is required, not included.
