I REALLY WISH I HAD INVENTED THIS !! I had a cold and used a box of tissue to clear out my congested nose. Then my doctor recommended this nasal rinse and it was clear with one flush !! Amazing method ! Also, I suggest warming the purified water for a few seconds for a more comfortable flush.
