Don't Discontinue!
I've been using this for years. Love the volume and how it stays on pretty well without the waterproofing version. Please do not discontinue this product! I don't care for your other formulations and will probably switch brands entirely if I can't get this product.
Fabulous mascara - stupid company
I have been wearing this mascara FOR YEARS. In addition to the formula itself which makes my thin short lashes actually look long and thick, the brush is amazing. WHY would you discontinue this??? Like others so very annoyed you would discontinue such a great product. Also angry I have to waste money looking for a replacement. Have already tried two other L'Oreal formulations thinking my store was just out of the Extra Volume formula and they both suck. Will be looking elsewhere. Next time maybe poll your users about a decision to cut a product from your lineup.
Dont discontinue it. Your losing customers
I have used this mascara for 20 plus years. I always get compliments on my lashes. I, too, cant find it in stores and have substituted other L'oreal mascaras. I do not like the other two that I have tried at all! I cant seem to get the mascara off my face, even with specialty eye makeup removers. My under eyes are raw from trying to scrub it off. I, also, end up looking like a racoon at the end of the day bc the mascara runs. It is such a disappointment. I am being forced to switch brands entirely bc my favorite doesnt compare to the other ones L'oreal makes. Please bring it back!
