Very Stylish Dresser

The dark Chocolate Contemporary Wood 8-drawer double dresser is very stylish! It comes in 2 separate packages and the shippers did an amazing job securing the furniture pieces. It was sealed really well and everything arrived perfectly. The packages came with all the supplies along with some extra pieces. The instructions are pictures which are okay but I would have liked some written directions as well. We got a little stuck on something and luckily there was a youtube video of someone putting this together which helped. The insides of my drawers look more like a greyish-blue color and after seeing this in person and putting it together the drawers look more dark grey than brown. But that could just be me. It's still very nice and I like it. I did do some measurements after I put it together so here are my dimensions - 55 1/8" long 16" deep (with Handle 17") and it's 32 1/8" high The inside dimensions of each drawer are - 25" long, 13" deep, and 5" high It took my disabled husband and me about 7 hrs to put it together. It probably won't take most people that long but I don't know. We all work at our own pace. There are a lot of different screws and such so that was a little time-consuming to separate everything. As I said the directions were photos so we really had to look good at them before moving on to the next set of steps. The only negative thing would be the plastic handles. They feel cheap but look okay once added to the dresser. Otherwise, it feels very sturdy and has a clean sleek stylish look which I'm very happy about.

Beautiful dresser for the kids

I picked this dresser so my two kids could each have their own side of the shared dresser. First of all, the color doesn't look chocolate brown to me. It's dark but more dark gray with a weathered grain look. The style is very clean and streamlined. It's made in Denmark & surprisingly arrived in two packages on consecutive days. It was packaged well and everything arrived in good condition. The directions are just numbered pictures. I took time to carefully take in all the pictures to understand how to assemble the dresser. It took me at least 4 hours to finish. I've never assembled a dresser before & I think it looks wonderful! It was tedious and detailed but not difficult. The drawer glides are metal. Drawers won't come out without removing a small screw which is good for my kids. Dressers made from pressed wood or partial board aren't meant to last forever like real wood ones can. Considering that, I am very pleased with this dresser and expect it to hold up quite well. I guess the only thing I didn't like is that the drawers don't open quite as far as I would like. But for my kids, it's probably better. I guess that's why it's for small spaces.

Looks nice

This dresser is nice but make sure you have the time to put it together. It took us 3hours to assemble. The instructions don't have many words just pictures so sometimes it was hard to understand. Comes in two boxes and is heavy. Once we got the main dresser part together it didn't take much time to put the drawers together. It's not real wood but it looks nice once it is all together. The issue I had was all the screws and other parts were all in one bag not labeled or separated. The handles are plastic so I did not put those on and will purchase better handles. It holds a good amount of clothes.
