I had been looking for a pair of slippers like these for a long time at a lot of stores, yes the stores you are thinking about-department stores, and not one had these. Thank goodness for Walmart.com, where you can order what you need to come to your house or the store for pick-up. These slippers are so plushy comfortable and do not skid, I love a full slipper that fits my whole feet, never was crazy about the slip on ones (the ones with the back of your feet out). But I love to slip my feet into soft, warm and cozy, whole foot covered slippers. Worth the price I paid for it and the color is pretty too.
