It was very easy to put together and had great instructions. This chair gives great support to my lower back and is very comfortable. I sit in the chair for about 6-8 hours a day and am very happy with it. The arms can get in the way for computer use (with a keyboard drawer), and the back has to be readjusted slightly after a few hours of use, but it is very easy to adjust (Just a pull of a lever).

Quality Sitter
I was looking for a fully adjustable office at a reasonable price - this chair fits. The back, seat and arms all variably adjust which is somewhat unique for under $250. My only complaint is the delivery packaging is horrible. I declined to accept the first chair because the base was poking out the box - second chair was better but chance of damage during delivery is high due to poor packaging.

The box arrived completely damaged. When I unpacked it, one of the levers was broken. The chair looked like it had been previously used. Returned it immediately!
