šŸ¤”I keep thinking about one of the reviews mentioning how small the chopped dried celery arešŸ˜³So, I wanted to seešŸ¤£I cooked a pot of beans, until tender, and added the dried celery and onionsšŸ¤“These dried vegetables absorb easily, so be careful with the amount you put, in a pot of water with the beansšŸ¤£but all was well, and it was delicious with black eye peas, on a bed of rice, and a little seasoningšŸ¤—Yum!

Much easier to use than chopping fresh or using frozen celery. Great aroma and flavor when added to Asian noodle bowls. Need to add a desiccant silica pack inside the container to avoid them getting damp and stale.
