I had a lot of chafing with the elastic briefs I had worn in the past. My Gyno suggested boy shorts because they do not have elastic legs and told me a lot of women with my problem had success with them. I am disappointed they are so much more expensive than the briefs, but they do work so are worth it.

I love these boyshorts. I suffer from sciatic pain and wearing these panties are comfortable because they don't rub again my nerve pain. On the packages I received it states that they are now made with a newer softer fabric and improved fit. I can sleep comfortable at night without the elastic bothering me at night. I highly recommend these boyshort panties. I will be ordering more.

The seam around the thighs is horrible. There is NO stretch and you basically have to bust the seam so you don't cut off circulation. Everything else is fine. The cotton feel, the waistline stretch is fine. It's just that funky seam around your legs that's a fail for me..
