the phone is supposed to be unlocked GSM Verizon phone so Straight Talk sent me the chip for it and it's been today's been 11 days and still no service and I wish you could give a minus five on the Stars I'll change it if somebody will actually get a hold of me I've sent emails I've called no answers next thing I'm doing is going to Walmart and see what they have to say
