After Sahadi's Foul Mudammas was discontinued, I have been looking for a good replacement. Sadaf's Foul is not as tender, not as tasty and doesn't have a similar good texture. And the skin is unpleasantly thicker. It is what it is. Also , the $21 for the pack of three is way too much. The size of the can at 20oz is good for two full breakfast or lunch portions - many other brands come in 14oz cans. I am still looking for the ideal can of Foul Mudammas, in the right size, flavor, texture, and price level.

Poor and inconsistent quality. mixed with burned peans. Black color. Taste burned. Especially later after it increased in frequency. the later shipments were bought directly from Sadaf. I threw away entire shipment. I will never buy it again. Highly unrecommended.
