So excited to find this wonderful eyeliner. I've worn it for years. It's been difficult to find so had to try other (more expensive) brands. Nothings g comes close to the staying power or smudge free liner that this is. Expert wear is a perfect name!

have to apply constantly very soft

this goes on very soft and smooth so it comes off very quickly blinking your eyes makes it go away
