This bike is even cuter than in the picture. I was looking for something girlie but without princesses or characters, and of course a safe, sturdy bike. 14" is a bit of a stretch for my 38" toddler, but I am glad that she will be able to use it next year as well. Assembling was relatively easy, considering that this mom did it by herself. They have a number you can call for assistance while you are putting the bike together. I called and they were very helpful with the one thing that I could not figure out. The packaging was perfect and there was no way the bike could be scratched during the shipping process. The box also contained the tools for assembling as well as accessories, such as the bell, the ribbons, and the basket. I would totally recommend this bike. It is a little pricey, but definitely a great product.
