I consider myself stronger than most and it takes some real power to do a large sweet or russet the only kind I've tried so far.It wouldn't of stopped me by surprised is a definite reaction.The suction cups are definitely not enough.

Our Air Fryer's New Best Friend

This was purchased to replace a light weight metal fry cutter made by another company, because it barely cut russet or gold potatoes and would have been destroyed in the course of cutting yams and sweet potatoes. I AM PLEASED with the build of this unit. It's heavy and didn't seem to balk at cutting the more dense yams and sweet potatoes, though I did have to apply a lot more pressure. I suspect this and our air fryer are going to become good friends. It appears it would serve in a commercial environment.
