Cuisinart Frozen Yogurt, Ice Cream & Sorbet Maker 1½ qt, White

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this machine! We have had a very large, very traditional (add ice and salt) ice cream machine for years. But it took planning to make ice cream and it was messy. We were visiting a friend recently who had the Ice-21 and it was so easy and so good! We bought one immediately. It's a simple machine, easy to use and the results are great. So far we have made peach, strawberry, chocolate and vanilla and now have ice cream on hand all the time for a quick dessert. We just keep the insert in the freezer when we aren't using it.

I bought my ice cream maker a few months ago, have used it a lot of times, and love that it makes the best ice cream. After my ice cream churns, I allow it to freeze for at least four hours because I prefer it not to be soft. Also, immediately after using my ice cream maker, I thoroughly rinse it with warm water and put it back in the freezer, until it's time to use it again. The only thing I wish for now is a larger-sized I've cream maker.
