Very sturdy cat tree, enough sleep/play space for all three of my cats, great large tunnels for bigger cats and the top perch is huge! Carpet material is good quality. Before your cats use it, just check for any staples sticking out... Found one sharp piece, fine after using a hammer to bend it in.

I read reviews of different cat condos for weeks before deciding on the New Cat Condo. I liked that other reviewers said a full grown cat was comfortable in the tunnels and didn't knock it over when they jumped on it. I bought this for my daughters kittens. It seems very sturdy. I like the color of the carpeting. The cats both like hanging out in different places, lots of room to spread out but I've also seen them together on the top. That's rare!!!
