Its okay

I'm 5'6 female and it is long and doesn't seem to be adjustable. It still works though. I'm just starting to work out and wanted something fun and cheap just in case I got lazy, haha. It is very light weight which is fine with me (for now). So far the down fall for me is its too long and not adjustable but I would recommend for 6ft tall people starting to work out!

Too long...

When I went looking for a jump rope it seemed to slip my mind that I'm short and that I would need one that was adjustable. I guess I was struck by the cheap price but you get what you pay for. It's not really usable for me but I'm just glad that it was cheap. I mostly fault myself for that one. It doesn't suit my needs.

The rope is too light!

The nylon rope is too light and will not spin fast enough to complete more than a couple of jumps. If you jump slow then this is the rope for you. And I mean real slow. But if you want to jump fast then get a heavier jump rope.
