There were 3 guys putting it together and without instructions there were 2 things they did wrong 😭😭😂😂. Finally after watching they did it right and was I ever happy!!!!. I. was supposed to do 2 potatoes but was so much fun and fast I kept going til I did 5.!! I was told that was enough !!!!! To me it is soooo worth it to not have to cut them The first cut was hard but after that it was like it was broken in and worked GREAT!!! I have arthritis in both my hands and I was able to do it fine after first cut -- I had no problem !!! I really recommend this product !!! I've only done fries but I want to do other things !! To clean I didn't take apart like they say I just used clean toothbrush and got the stuff left over off Cleaned good!! Will do it suggested way when I see anything on it!! Good price too. Cheaper than other places I checked !! Next I'll make zucchini fries!!!!! Sounds good. Can cut any vegetables you want!! Sorry it's so long - I'm just very impressed with it
