- The metal cards blank is made of aluminum, which is sturdy and durable, with a smooth surface that won't bend easily. Since aluminum has good thermal conductivity, when used in heat press printing, it can help you get clear print photos, and the finished product is not easy to fade.
- Metal sublimation blanks are mainly used for sublimation printing or engraving. You can use it to make business cards, famous brand, VIP cards, metal plaques, photos, etc. for your home or office, parties, etc. It can also be used to make signage or signboard to place outdoors.
- The blank business cards are easy to use, you need to tear off the film on the surface before sublimation then you can print your favorite pictures on them. It is recommended to control the temperature between 170-180 degrees (340-360 Fahrenheit) and the sublimation time is about 50 seconds. If pictures with dark colors, time can be slightly extended.
- The edges of the sublimation blanks are a bit sharp, please be careful when using them to avoid being scratched.
