Like the large wheels for easier mobility. The adjustable handle bars for height comfort. No bending over. It allows you to stand tall. haven't used too much yet, but we are starting to break it in. It really fits the bill for my better half. She has serious back problems this is really a useful tool. It would be cool if the handle bars folded down for loading, but, I realize the might not be possible because the walker might not be as sturdy for leaning on. Does that make sense? Anyhow, overall it is a fine piece of workmanship.

I am a caregiver for a stocky, male 10 yr. Stroke Survivor, age 66, who at one time weighed 275, then 185, and now 210. 5'10". This is his 3rd HUGO walker of the Elite rollator model. It hasn't really changed. His first walker is still in operation, although needs new rear wheels. His second walker was great, but the frame, while stored on a bus, was smashed into by an electric scooter and broke. Not the frame's fault. This is his 3rd walker and is essentially identical in design and features to the first walker. It's very easy to put together. It is a bit bulky, but fits in 2-3 cars that I use. In a pinch, it can always go into a back seat area. It can be broken down to be fairly compact, but I never do that. I like that it is sturdy, has good and adjustable brakes, had large 8" wheels, is tall, has nice seat with several storage areas. It even handles tough terrains, like dirt, grass, beach sand (depends).
